At ChosenWear, all products are made to order using a print-on-demand model in partnership with our fulfillment provider Gelato. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure each item is produced specifically for you.

  • Once your order is produced, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • United States: Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages.

  • If an order is returned to the carrier due to non-collection or address issues, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Duties

  • For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
